Scope and Impact
The kids of Future Possibilities choose goals that are close to their hearts. Over the years, the children’s goals of contribution have benefited dozens of individuals, institutions, organizations and causes such as:
Women’s and children’s shelters
Hospitals
Animal shelters
American Cancer Society
Literacy programs
Child and youth welfare
Senior residences
Food banks
Environmental causes
Homelessness
Our children have had a positive and direct impact on the lives of many people in their communities. On average, each child in our program – in executing his or her goal – directly involves 5 people and typically attracts the additional involvement of about 30 others. Based on this ratio, in a typical year the Future Possibilities program will impact the lives of approximately 1,500 people!
